Our minimum rental period is one day. If your project runs longer than planned, call us before the return date. We'll check whether the machine is booked after you and extend it if we can.
We look the machine over with you at pickup, so we both know the condition it left in. If something breaks or gets damaged, stop and call us right away. Any damage is paid for by the customer who signed the rental contract.
Yes. Every machine goes out with a full tank and needs to come back full. If it comes back with less, the refuelling charge is set out in the rental contract you sign.
When you book, we'll ask for ID, proof of insurance and how many years you've been running equipment. If a different machine would suit your experience or the job better, we'll say so.
